Homes with multiple HVAC systems or additional equipment may qualify for customized package pricing. Final covered equipment, membership benefits, and pricing will be confirmed by Empire Heating & Air before enrollment.
Monthly pricing represents 12 equal installments of the annual membership price before tax. For ductless systems, one ductless outdoor unit with up to two connected indoor heads is considered one covered system. Systems with more than two indoor heads, multiple outdoor units, or additional HVAC equipment may require additional membership pricing. Final coverage and pricing will be confirmed by Empire Heating & Air before enrollment.

What if I have heat but no central air?
Empire can help select the appropriate plan based on the heating equipment that requires maintenance.
When will my maintenance be scheduled?

Does membership guarantee same-day or 24/7 service?
No. Members receive priority scheduling subject to technician availability and service demand. The Comfort Club does not include a 24/7 service guarantee.
What happens if my system needs a repair?
Empire will explain the recommended repair and applicable member discount before proceeding with authorized work.
